Our mission is to simplify complex workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure project teams achieve their goals with precision and confidence.

Job Overview

The Senior Product Manager owns product strategy and delivery across more than one product team, translating business priorities into clear roadmaps and well-run agile execution.

The role focuses on product strategy, team leadership, agile maturity, and customer partnership, working closely with engineering, design, and internal teams to ensure EIDA products are delivered with clarity, reliability, and measurable impact.

The scope of the work for the year is outlined in the 2026 Product Roadmap & Strategy artefacts, which includes product delivery priorities as well as internal and customer product initiatives. The Senior Product Manager owns the prioritisation and execution of this work across their teams.

As EIDA explores opportunities in AI enabled products and workflows, the role also includes identifying, championing, and validating ways AI can improve product development, internal workflows, and customer value.

This role carries senior-level ownership across more than one product team and includes mentoring and coaching more junior product talent.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Backlog Ownership

Own the product strategy, backlog, and priorities across more than one team, ensuring work reflects business goals and customer value.

This includes:

  • Owning and maintaining the product backlog and roadmap for multiple teams

  • Setting and defending priorities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility

  • Translating strategy into clear, well-sequenced epics and initiatives

  • Balancing competing priorities across teams and stakeholders

  • Making trade-off calls and communicating the reasoning behind them

AI tools may be used to support roadmap analysis, prioritisation modelling, and strategy documentation.

Agile Leadership

Lead and mature agile practices across the teams you support, raising the standard of how each team plans, delivers, and improves.

This includes:

  • Running or overseeing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives across multiple teams

  • Coaching teams and their leads on agile practices and continuous improvement

  • Identifying process gaps and introducing changes that improve delivery predictability

  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality ceremonies across the teams you manage

  • Tracking delivery health and surfacing risks before they impact release timelines

Team & Stakeholder Management

Manage and support more than one product team, ensuring each has the clarity, direction, and coaching needed to deliver well.

This includes:

  • Managing workload, priorities, and delivery expectations across multiple teams

  • Coaching and developing team members, including more junior product talent

  • Acting as the escalation point for cross-team dependencies and blockers

  • Aligning engineering, design, and other stakeholders around shared priorities

Customer Engagement

Act as a confident, credible voice with customers, using direct conversations to sharpen product direction.

This includes:

  • Leading customer conversations to gather feedback, validate ideas, and understand needs

  • Representing the product in customer-facing discussions, demos, and escalations

  • Translating customer input into prioritised backlog items and roadmap decisions

  • Building trusted relationships with key customers and internal customer-facing teams

Product Quality

Ensure the products delivered across your teams maintain a high level of reliability and usability.

This includes:

  • Setting the quality bar and acting as the final product quality checkpoint before release

  • Partnering with QA and engineering leads on testing strategy and coverage

  • Validating workflows and identifying edge cases across product areas

  • Overseeing regression testing for critical functionality across teams

The role may also explore how AI assisted testing and validation can strengthen quality assurance across teams.

Product Enablement

Ensure internal and customer teams understand and can adopt what your teams deliver.

This includes:

  • Owning product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials across your teams

  • Leading enablement for sales, support, and operations teams

  • Driving customer product enablement activities, helping customers understand and adopt new capabilities

  • Ensuring workflows and product functionality are well documented to support adoption

Product enablement activities form part of the 2026 product KPI framework (this will be developed in H2 of 2026).

AI Exploration

Champion the exploration of practical AI opportunities within the EIDA platform and internal workflows across your teams.

This may include:

  • Identifying and prioritising AI assisted opportunities that improve product workflows

  • Evaluating AI capabilities that could enhance customer insight or product functionality

  • Sponsoring ideas that could evolve into future product features, partnering with the Labs group where relevant

AI exploration should remain grounded in real product problems and customer value, alongside core product responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience, including experience owning the backlog and priorities for more than one team at a time.

  • Strong, hands-on experience with agile practices, with the ability to run and improve ceremonies as well as coach others on them.

  • A track record of setting product strategy and translating it into a well-sequenced, well-prioritised roadmap.

  • Confidence leading customer conversations, including discovery, feedback sessions, and escalations.

  • Experience working closely with engineering leads on delivery planning, technical trade-offs, and release quality.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning multiple teams and functions around shared priorities.

  • Experience coaching or mentoring more junior product talent.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, including writing product tickets, acceptance criteria, and roadmap documentation.

  • Comfort working with data to support prioritisation and decision making.

  • An interest in how AI can be applied to product development, internal workflows, and customer value.

Why us?

  • Competitive salary.

  • Remote working model.

  • Healthcare and pension contribution.

  • Structured support for professional development and continued learning.

  • The opportunity to be part of a scaling, internationally diverse team working on genuinely complex and high-profile projects.
